DONATION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT    ▼

Colombo Taprobane Round Table 3 (CTRT3), with the assistance of Round Table Belgium, donated a Fetal Heart Monitor to the Kegalle General Hospital. The Kegalle hospital, which had delivered over 6200 babies in year 2000, had only one Fetal Heart Monitor till now. Dr Gamage (Medical Superintendent of the hospital), said they were very grateful for this donation and it will help immensely with the delivery of babies.

The second unit of the FHM is scheduled to be donated to a hospital in the North.
